  1. Hi All,

I've just received the brochure for our upcoming cruise on Arcadia to the Baltic in July and as I have a decent amount of OBC, thought I'd pre-book the good lady a spa treatment for an early sea day using some of the OBC. However there doesn't appear to be an option to do this, only pay up front which wasn't what I wanted. I recall booking trips on previous P&O cruises and tickets being in the cabin on arrival and all costs being charged to your on board account, but that seems to have changed. Is it still possible to do this in some way or have I got to wait until we get on board and hope the date/times are still available ?

    Thanks in advance

  2. Just received an email from P&O regarding Xmas Day and NYE dining times. We have chosen Freedom dining, but have to have a fixed time on these 2 days, either 5:30 or 8:00. Ideally we would like 5:30 for Xmas Day and 8:00 on NYE but you have to select one time for both days (so we've gone for 5:30). If we get the allocation we've requested, what are the chances of changing NYE to the later sitting after we've had Xmas day at 5:30. Does anyone have any past experience of this? Would we have to wait until NYE itself to request a change or sooner ? Any info would be helpful thanks

  3. Thanks CruiseIreland and Skier52, that's really useful info.

I think the Basic Package might be the way forward although the Beer selection looks pretty dreadful, it could be a week on the spirits to make it pay !

Just another query if anyone knows. Do they charge for Tea/Coffee everywhere or can you get it free anywhere on the ship ? I was thinking maybe in the buffet for breakfast, surely they can't charge for it there. I can't believe they charge for it at all to be honest, but hey ho they make the rules !

Thanks again for this info guys, really appreciate it :)

  4. I'm very interested also about whether to have the Drinks Package (Basic or Premium), but it's very difficult to come to any informed decision regards this without the relevant information namely

    1) What is EXACTLY included in each package ( and not just the generic twaddle on the website) AND

    2) How much are the drinks on board if you don't have a package.

If anyone has any info regards these I would be very grateful.

The price at £22 & £37 respectively sounds very steep to me :(
