Thanks for the info. I was OK on the price, but it's the lack of photographs and response that is worrying me as at the moment I have nothing for my money!

How did you manage to contact them please - was it email or telephone and what time of day did you get through?

Do you know if they are still trading?

I purchased $692 worth of photographs from Black Label on 17th August. To date they have not appeared nor have any responses to my emails.

I have tried to telephone black label on several occasions at various times of the day and there is no answer - their mail box is full, so you can't even leave a message.

I have emailed Holland America and to date no response from them either.

Does anyone know if Black label are still trading or has anyone else had these problems?:(
