Hi, On a recent Celebrity cruise I witnessed a witnessed an incident that involved security. I'm very disappointed with the way Celebrity handled the incident and the lack of communication. They have ignored my calls and emails. I want to contact President Bethge. Does anyone have her email or can you suggest how I may get it? When I called Celebrity they refused to give it to me. I appreciate any help you can give. I'm very unhappy with Celebrity's customer service. Thank you.

This happened to us on our Dec. 24th Silhouette cruise. No notification in advance from Celebrity. I found out when going on the Celebrity app two days before the cruise that we were assigned to a new cabin in a less desirable location. Our Travel agent wasn't able to get us moved before the cruise started. When we boarded, we spent an hour at Guest Relations getting moved. They did not provide us with any type of upgrade, just a lateral move.

The port charges were a separate item on our invoice. The Silhouette is registered in Malta, so I'm not sure if Florida laws apply. I booked the cruise about 2 months ahead, so I wouldn't think there would be much change in port charges. Thanks for everyone's input. Very helpful!

I don't know the exact cost. We paid for charges for 5 ports and it wasn't broken down. Not a lot of money, but it's the principal.

My husband and I did the 11 night holiday cruise on the Celebrity Silhouette which left from Ft. Lauderdale on 12/24/2021. We were supposed to have 5 ports, but due to the number of Covid cases on the ship, the ship wasn't allowed to port in Cartagena or Bimini. Celebrity has refused to refund the port charges we paid for those 2 ports, saying that they aren't required to. We've had ports cancelled on other cruises (not covid related) and we were immediately refunded the port charges for the missed ports. This doesn't seem like good customer service on Celebrity's part. What do other loyal Celebrity cruisers think?

Hi, I'm sailing on the Silhouette Dec. 24th. Has anyone heard how many passengers will be on the ship? I know that the earlier cruises have sailed with far less people to allow more room to spread out. Are they back to full capacity yet? If anyone has sailed on the Silhouette recently, I'd love to hear your thoughts on activities, entertainment, etc. Thanks so much!

Hi, My husband and I will be taking the Queen Mary 2 from NYC to Southampton, arriving on Nov. 18th. What is the best reasonable way to get to our London hotel? Seems to be lots of option for the other cruise lines that do not service Cunard ships. Thanks for your help.

We ended our Celebrity Reflection cruise in Rome on April 27th and booked a tour with Viator to pick us up at the ship, see the highlights of Rome, and drop us at our hotel. The driver was 45 min. late picking us up at the ship. I called the phone number several times we were given and there was no answer and no voice mail. When the driver finally arrived, he drove us to another van a few miles away and transferred us and our luggage to that van. Our driver/guide was a Russian native who was very difficult to understand. The other 5 passengers on the van spoke no English, only Russian. The driver did the best she could, but it was difficult to understand what she was saying. We lost an hour of our tour due to their lateness picking us up and the transfer, so we were very rushed to see everything. The sliding door to the van was broken and no water was provided, as advertised. Very disappointing. When I contacted Viator after the trip about our dissatisfaction, they were very unsympathetic and not helpful at all. I won't book with Viator again.

I agree, the worst website ever. I tried to order luggage tags by phone and also on the website. No luck with either so I'll get them at the port. Lousy service!

Celebrity's website is totally down today! It took me 3 days to complete our online registration, but I wasn't able to print out the receipts. When I called customer service, I was told that they are having issues and didn't know when they would be fixed. The person I spoke to was very blase about it and said they are getting lots of calls about it. Seems like poor service for a cruise line that charges top dollar!
