  1. Hi

I am going on a cruise from Sydney in a few weeks time.

its my first cruise with preferred check in. I have just received a message from princess that my check in time is 4:30.

i have a bus dropping us at port at 1pm and I am wondering do I need to change this to 4pm.

how strict is princess cruises with checkin times?

  2. embarking on my 4th cruise this Wednesday. Just watched my DVD from a dawn princess cruise, and I have found they have made 10 mins of video and the last hour of video is a documentary of hmas sydney. I am quite disappointed.

Is this a mistake, or do they only make 10 minutes of video from a 13 day cruise and slap a random documentary to fill disc space.

I am asking because I am trying to work out if it is even worth buying the DVD? Looks to me like they cannot be bothered producing a proper video of memories from the cruise.

Hope someone can tell me their experience with purchasing onboard dvd's so I can make an informed decision.

    Thanks,

    Chris

  3. Thanks Nyteacher I will do that. I feel a bit better about my decision to cruise there now.

Yeah the reason I chose this cruise is because I have done enough island cruises and I like princess cruises.

I admit 15 day cruises is my limit in days I can get off work. And going to PNG I don't have worry about flying home like I would if I went on a cruise the would end in Asia.

  4. Hi

I have just booked a 15 day cruise on golden princess to Papua New Guinea.

My wife and I are in our early 30's.

my parents have been Papua New Guinea on a cruise and said that there will be no one our age on the cruise. This has got me worried I have made a huge mistake booking this cruise.

My question is would there be people my age on this particular itinerary?
