We are sailing on the Navigator soon and would like to hear from someone who has sailed recently and bought the pkg onboard. Were you charged the additional 18% over the online price? I want to use OBC but not sure if I want to pay 18% more to do so.
Thank you
The price online includes gratuities.

We always pay for our drink package way in advance online so that we don't get hit with the bill at the end of our trip. I print out the confirmation just in case and staple it to my cruise documents but haven't ever had to show proof, the sticker is automatically on our sea pass cards. I like to save my OBC so extras on the ship or any last minute excursions.

I have them for Belize and Cozumel! I'll scan them tomorrow. It was from April when she was still leaving out of Fort Lauderdale but they shouldn't be too different!

Links work for me. Thanks to picture poster, I also wanted see these pictures, sailing in this cabin in 2016.
I'll try pulling them up on my computer rather than my phone! Glad to hear they work!

We stayed there in the spring in one of the new balcony cabins. It was perhaps the 3rd sailing with the new cabins. They were nice and new, very nice. Was a very quiet area of the ship...No smell of smoke from below, and would stay there again in a heartbeat. The only negative I can say about them was the water pressure in the shower. They installed new water saver heads and the flow was lacking. I complained and the old type shower head was installed and the problem went away. One night we did have some noise from up above. Again we complained and the chairs above us were tied up at night and the problem was solved. Great views from up there!!
Awesome! Thank you! I'm getting very excited! 20 more days!

Ship - Liberty of the Seas
Deck - 6
Stateroom # - 6520
Stateroom Category – D3
Starboard or Port Side - port
Quiet Stateroom? (With comments on problems) – very quiet
Was stateroom a connecting stateroom? - nope
Balcony View. – Perfect View - no obstructions, spent a lot of time out there
Balcony Size? Normal or oversized for class? - Normal size
Was wind a problem? -No
Any specific problems with this cabin? - could use better balcony chairs, the ones there were a little rundown but other than that it was great
Any other comments? -
Great cabin - midway between elevators. No noise from outside. Had a full size couch and lots of storage space, could feel the rocking sometimes because it's very far aft but not enough to bother us.

We are booked in one that is a balcony on the front left side of the panoramics. I've heard the balconies are smaller than average and larger than average so I'm not sure what they actually are like lol. I hope they are nice! I'm assuming since they are new they will be more updated than our last balcony on Liberty.

Has anyone sailed in any of the new balcony rooms on deck 12 freedom of the seas. How was it? Noise level, size, location? And do you have any pictures? We are sailing January 10th and can't seem to find any information on it. Thanks!! :):D

Stateroom Category – superior balcony
Starboard or Port Side - port
Quiet Stateroom? (With comments on problems) – quiet, could occasionally here a deck chair move around above but not enough to bother us.
Was stateroom a connecting stateroom? -
Yes
Balcony View - Give comments on view, noting if location of any obstructions was an issue. – amazing view, it's so high up that you have an amazing view.
Balcony Size? Normal or oversized for class? - slightly smaller balcony but brand new so new updates tables chairs and balcony itself
Was wind a problem? - nope
If an aft cabin, was soot a problem? -
Nope
Any specific problems with this cabin? -
The bed was rock hard but that's not cabin specific, its fleet wide. Our room steward added padding but still not great and I'm 24 so I can normally sleep anywhere.
Any other comments? - the room was the nicest one we've stayed in. Very updated, everything was brand new. 40" flat screen tv, and all brand new furniture.
