Will be sailing on Symphony in April. There are 3 adults in our crown loft. We will receive OBC from our travel agent agency once we get on board. We each have separate credit or debit cards on each of our accounts. Will the OBC be divided between the 3 of us. I hope so otherwise it will be very inconvenient being on one person's account. Does anyone know the answer to this question?

My family and I will be on Symphony in April. Is there a set charge for Johnny Rockets or is it a la carte. If it is a cover for all you can eat, how much is it ? 

My family will be sailing on Symphony soon. We have two cabins, one is a suite the other is not. My 11 year old is assigned to the regular cabin, I am assigned to the suite is there any chance my 11 year old could eat in the Coastal kitchen with me.

If you cannot complete on line check in ,because you are not using a debit or credit card. Do you still receive all of your e docs before your cruise date. I heard that there is no mention of cash Accounts, when you are completing on line check in. I am not sure how that works. I am not using a debit or credit card.

I know SOTS is currently in Dry Dock. Does anyone know whether they are changing the Jazz club to a non smoking Casino ?

Yes, you do need to inform MSC. Go to MSC'S website look  under special needs mobility. There is a

form there that you need to fill out and submit to MSC. When you fill out the form you have to put the dimensions of the scooter. There should be no problem getting it through the doorway of a regular cabin.

I WILL BE SAILING ON THE MSC SEASHORE ON NOV.6, 2022. SOME OF MY GROUP HAVE PASSPORTS AND SOME DON'T.  WE WILL BE SAILING TO THE BAHAMAS AND THE CARIBBEAN. THE LAST TIME I WENT WE COULD USE OUR BIRTH CERTIFICATES AND PICTURED ID IF WE DID NOT HAVE A PASSPORT.  IS THIS RULE STILL IN PLACE?  HAS ANYONE SAILED ON MSC RECENTLY AND USED THE BIRTH CERTIFICATES AND PICTURED ID AND NOT THE PASSPORT?  I AM TRYING TO GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER ON THIS.  THANKS FOR YOUR HELP

I will be sailing in a 2 bedroom 2 bath Grand Suite next year. I am concerned about motion sickness. Since these

suites are located in the very front of the ship,how bad is the rocking motion?

How was embarkation? Our arrival time is 12:30, I am not sure whether to get there early or just come at our scheduled time.

Has anyone stayed in the 2 bedroom grand suites? I need to know if both the bedrooms have a TV in them. I know there is a television in the living room and master bedroom. I am not sure about the 2nd bedroom. If anyone

can help me with this, I would appreciate it.

We will be sailing on the seaside,staying in one of the 2 bedroom grand suites in the

front of the ship. I have seen videos of them on" you tube". Are they really large or

not. My suite number is 2001. If anyone has stayed in one of them, please let me know.

I just want to make sure i am getting what i paid for.

My sister and I, just booked a 2 bedroom grand suite at the very front of the MSC Seaside.

Is it to windy to sit on the balcony? Sitting on the balcony is very important to me. If anyone has stayed in one of

these suites,please let me know if I will be able to sit on the balcony.

I will be sailing on the Divina soon. I plan on dressing in a 70s outfit for the 70s party. I would like to know if many people usually dress up and participate in the party? I am really excited about it.

I hope I am posting this on the forum site. I get a little confused if I am on the forum or board site. Anyway I wanted to know if msc divina has games etc. to keep you busy on days when you are at sea. My sister and I don't swim so we wanted to make sure there are a lot of other things to do. Is it better to go to the shows during the day or at night. Has anyone ever stayed in cabin 9009,

if so is it as nice and large as it looks. Are the 4 specialty restaurants package worth the money. Are there any quiet places on the ship other than the adults only deck. I recently read the 7 night cruises have a 70's night, I hope this true it sounds like fun, plus I get to buy a 70's costume, I would love that. If you have any more info. let me know. Since I am going in

June, I am a little concerned about it being to crowed to enjoy myself.

Glad you enjoyed your cruise. I will be going in June, 2017. I think the adults only deck is on deck 18. I have the aurea experience which includes unlimited

access to it. My Question is The chairs in that area that look like pods are usually rented, I was not sure if I would have to pay to use them or not since

I am sailing on MSC'S DIVINA on Dec.16 2016. I have never cruised on a

MSC ship. I am not sure what a BINGO cabin is. My cabin is a B2. The adult

only section is a extra charge. Does anyone know the prices for that? Also,

I was trying to decide if the Beverage package is worth the money, I don't

drink alcoholic beverages. Any other info. would appreciated.

I will be going Nov.16,2016, on the MSC DIVINA for 7 night cruise. This will be my first time sailing on a MSC ship. I am a little confused as to exactly what are BINGO cabins? Can anyone help me on this? Also, I have been reading the reviews on The Divina. I hope it is as good as the reviews.
