Cruising at the end of April from Tampa, and need a room for the night before we set sail. Any suggestions on not too expensive, and close to the port?

Hi. We are attending a wedding on a cruise ship in April. The wedding is before we sail so we need to be on the ship early which in turn means we need to get into FL the day before. Any advice on hotels near the Tampa port? Thanks for any help for this first time cruiser!!
