Can you recommend a private charter to Jost Van Dyke from St.Thomas?  We are a group of thirteen that would like to go.  Also, is it just as easy to get to Jost van Dyke from St. Thomas as it is from Tortola ?

It sounds like Los Veranos gets great reviews but do you know if it they have the longest ziplines.  My kids are quite adventurous and we have ziplined in other places and often time we find them to be not very high, fast or long.  We would really like to find one that has all three of these.  What was it that you like about Los Veranos?

I booked a suite gty and was given an ocean view accessible room but it changed itself within hours. For some reason I think that room assignment does happen frequently and I agree with the other poster that said it may be a bug.

It happened to me as well but it worked itself out.

Once assigned gty cabin what is the likelihood of them changing it? I booked a gty stateroom ocean view and was given a balcony now I am worried they may switch me back. I am sailing in 33 day!! :)

I recently booked a suite gty category W for an upcoming oasis sailing and was just assigned an ocean view accessible cabin. I was under the impression that a suite gty would be a junior suite not an ocean view. Am I missing something?

I booked through a travel agent and received the option to bid for my February 18th sailing on the Escape. It showed two different Haven options to bid on. I decided to log on to NCL to see what the cabins are currently priced at it shows them sold out yet I can still go in and bid on them. I am assuming as things sell out maybe they are not updating the bidding site.

I have an older Canon Rebel XTi that I no longer use and actually never used it much that I am now looking into trading in. Amazon says it will give me $150.00 for it. Does that sound reasonable? I know my husband paid much more for it brand new years ago but things never seem to hold value anymore.

Brianna, I am so sorry for the loss of your dad/best friend. I have been reading your trip reports faithfully and was so excited to see your post but now I am a bit saddened. As someone who grew up without my dad I always admired those father/daughter relationships and yours was no exception. I hope one day my daughter will be just as excited to hang out with her dad as you were with yours. Remember whenever you are at the Cubs game, sitting at home or on a cruise ship he is with you. You were both lucky to have each other and I will be keeping you in my prayers.

My family and I will be driving to Newark International Airport and then flying out to New Orleans to board the dream. Since our flight is so early we would like to stay near the Newark Airport the night before and just pay to keep our car parked at the hotel. Does anyone have any hotel recommendations for a family?
