I agree with you 100% on the booster. I have had my first  first two and am now overdue for the booster. I am highly skeptical so I insisted my doc order an immunity test to check my immunity before getting the third shot. I got the results last week, my immunity level for Covid 19 is very high so I am well protected and I have the letter from my doc to prove it. There is absolutely no way I will get the booster.

Where did you see that Carnival said if the CDC determines fully vaccinated includes a booster it will be required? I would think requiring an additional shot would be a major change to their protocols and the full refund policy would be in place for those that aren’t boosted after February 15th. Now, if the CDC adds the booster before that date and Carnival requires it I will have 4 cruises to cancel.

that's my concern.. we are currently considered fully vaccinated, if that changes after 2/15 I would hope they change their stance on full refund

I'm going on the Indy next month and have a promenade view family stateroom that sleeps 6. Does anyone know how many outlets are in this room? I'm guessing one by the vanity with 2 plugs and one for a razor in the bathroom but i'm not sure. I would hope if a room holds 6 people they may have an extra outlet but i don't know. TIA.

OK Bob was correct on what was in the room there were only 2 110V outlets on the vanity on the wall up against where the bunkbed "room" is.

We were able to work around it though with our 10 foot USB cords and the 6 port USB charger we took.  We plugged it in one of the outlets and then stretched the 10 foot cords into the bunkbed room and that worked well for charging his phone and using our usb powered fans.   It's a great room!

Look for the Washy Washy guys in the Windjammer.. they were a Hoot!

  3. I had this same experience with Galveston Limo in June... they called and came to get us at our Hotel rather than us having to shuttle back to the airport.. then on the return our debarkation was later than we intended and they waited for us to get off the ship rather then us having to catch a later shuttle. (that is probably not as common since they have others in the shuttle that may have to get back)

I used Galveston Limo from the Houston International airport and was very impressed. The driver was the best we've ever had on any shuttle. We stayed at a hotel near the airport the night before the cruise and were going to take the hotel shuttle back to the airport to meet our Galveston Limo driver. However, he called us that morning when he was on his way and offered to pick us up at our hotel since he had time. Then he headed toward the Hobby airport to pick up more passengers and offered to pick up those passengers from their hotel too. He was very friendly and just a great driver. I would not hesitate to use them again.
