We also recently did a best of Roatan private tour. We were on the Carnival Dream and visited Roatan on Feb 22nd. The Island of Roatan, was one of our favorite Islands, and this tour was the highlight of our cruise. Francisco, our guide, was Awesome! He gave us a great sightseeing tour of this beautiful Island and was very attentive & informative. We visited Victors Monkey Business where we interacted with the spider monkeys along with a few exotic birds. Our kids had lots of laughs with the monkeys and we took some great pictures. I highly recommend this tour and can't wait to visit this beautiful Island again soon.

Just booked Best of Roatan with Bodden Tours. We want to see the monkeys and go to West Bay Beach and Sightseeing. We are not interested in Ziplining as one in our group is scared of heights. Which tour guide should I request?

I received our confirmation from Stephen on September 3rd for our March 2009 excursion. He had just returned from a 3 week vacation and may be busy replying emails.

Stephen answered my email yesterday and said he was off the Island on vacation for 3 weeks which is why it took so long to reply. We are booking the 3 1/2 hour excursion with him for our cruise in March 2009. It looks like his prices may be increasing in 2009 since he quoted us $60 for Adults and $35 for Children 12 and under. He also mentioned that we had to take the Bridgetown shuttle to Broad Street which cost $2.00 U.S. per person. How far and easy is this? Would it be better to take a taxi? Does anyone know how much it would cost for a taxi? We are 3 families doing the morning excursion and we will have four 11 year olds. Is there anything else we could see while we are downtown Bridgetown after our excursion? Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Again!

I've tried to contact Stephen through email for the last 2 weeks and there is no reply. Has anyone been able to get a hold of him lately?

When using priceline, is there a place where you can specify a room type? I have 2 young children and would like a room with 2 double beds. Or do you just call the hotel after your bid has been won and ask for a room with 2 double beds? Has anyone done this and have you had any problems?
