At the Airport
Your documents will be reviewed at various checkpoints in the arrival terminal. You will need documents as follows:

• Document Check and Travel Authorization
  • Bermuda Health Authorization Form
  • Proof of FDA/WHO authorized COVID-19 vaccine
  • Negative COVID-19 Test Results

This the only place I can find a reference to this form.  For those who have completed the cruise, what is it and when or how will we receive it or is it something that we do not need.  They do mention the Travel Authorization form by name so I assume this is different.

We are using covidtestingllc.com which has 5 locations in Orlando and offers same day results.  $195  for the rapid PCR test and $155 for results by midnight .  We will get the rapid test on Friday and if something goes wrong will repeat on Sat.  They are open Sunday in one location but don't think you can get same day results then.

Restrooms in the public areas on the Viking Ocean cruise ships are plentiful and well marked and always spotless. Never ever any lines. This will be especially true on your cruise since the ship will only be at half capacity. We live in Indialantic and will be on the Bermuda cruise just before yours.
