WiFi discount is 50% on both single or 4 devices option.  You could share the single plan only one device at a time.  Doesn’t have to be the same device.   The app doesn’t recognize my status so I wait until I’m on board to purchase a plan.  No sense in giving my money to Princess early in exchange for on board credit later.

When will luggage tags and other cruise documents be sent?  We are at 30 days before our sailing Jan 5   
 

In the past, elite passengers can make reservations upon booking.  So unless they’ve changed things, that’s not the issue.   

Has anyone tried to make MDR reservations for 2025?  It opens up but says no reservations found. But it won’t let me make reservations.   This for the Sun Princess in January.  Is it too early or is it because of the new ship?

The spa price says from $103 advertised as 30% off  No BOGO mentioned.    That’s 30% from $148. But it wouldn’t give me that price when I tried to reserve a time.  So I’m wondering if different time slots have the discount where others don’t?  Or does it show up as on board credit.  Princess does that.  I’ll book an excursion, pay full price but they apply 10% to OBC. 

I tried to book a spa treatment for 30% off on a Jan sailing. $103 was the listed price. But when I entered my credit card info the price popped up as $148. Add gratuity it was in the $170 range.   I called customer service but they could not explain the price difference.    Does this happen with other sales? 

It’s been awhile but 10 years ago I fell on the Emerald Princess  I had 3 fractures to my fibula and tibia.   Princess doctors reduced the fracture on board and then I was flown home from Aruba two days later.  They arranged the air transportation and made arrangements for a direct admit to our local hospital.  I incurred no out of pocket charges.  What my private insurance did not cover the Princess insurance picked up the tab.  That included some home health aids once discharged from the hospital.  We never forgo the insurance option.

I am a very infrequent Royal Carribean cruiser.  Is there only one level of internet package?  I see the vroom surf and stream package offered for $18 pd but I’m looking for something just to check emails. I don’t need to stream anything.

Does the Adventure of the Seas have Starlink?  

When checking our safe prior to disembarking our last cruise, I found a $100 free play chip under the plastic liner. It must have been left by a previous cruiser. Since I don’t normally visit the casino, is this something I can use on a future cruise?  

Currently on the Caribbean Princess in the Labrador Sea.  About 36 hrs from Nuuk Greenland.  Starlink is working great!   We are sharing a 4 device plan. 

Cruising in ten days on the Enchanted.  My Medallion updated yesterday and I can no longer find the medical form we had to fill in 24 hrs prior to cruising. Has this gone away?   

I just use the US plug near the desk   My cpap takes precedence over phone chargers at night!  In the morning I unplug and put the cord and tubing in the top drawer under the machine.  Out of sight, out of mind.

We had Medallions in Jan 2020 on the Sky Princess just before covid.   It only opened the cabin door and recorded onboard purchases.   The Medallion app and all things associated with it was added during the pause I believe. 

We are sailing 2/26 on the Sky Princess. We had a mid aft balcony cabin on Baja.  We received an “upgrade” to C255. BD to BB.  Not a great deal IMO. It’s forward at the stairway and a connecting cabin.  I called my PVP to refuse the move.  He said he would put us back but I’m looking at available cabins and all mid aft cabins on all decks are closed to bookings. Any ideas what’s going on?   

We stayed there a few years ago.  They had a free shuttle at that time.  Check your front desk.

Anyone know why the Emerald is still in port at 7pm tonight? 

My sister has the same issues you are having.  Her DH can reserve dining options but can’t order Medallions.   Their cruise isn’t until Feb so she’s just waiting until after the holidays to sort it all out.

Has anyone ordered the home test recently.  Previous posts reported the expiration dates were the end of Dec 2021.   We don’t cruise until Jan 2022.   I would hate to have tests we can’t use.  

One thing to consider besides the noise is a definite odor from the galley vent on the Ruby.  It’s right in the middle and the cabins close to it get a dose of peculiar aroma throughout the day

We received an upsell offer to a mini suite from an obstructed balcony for our Aug 15 Alaska sailing.  I declined but when we boarded the ship they had moved us any way.   The cabin was great, location not so much. It was right over the theater.  No explanation was given other than “operational issues”. Our original choice remained empty the entire cruise.  We enjoyed the extra space.  Too bad we didn’t pack the Mr Bubble!😀
