No return required of the test box with no label..  I will still try to use it myself.

I just ordered a two-pack from Optum.  The delivery arrived in 3-4 days.  However, one of the test boxes was missing the Lot # / Expiration Date sticker on the back.  The other box had a sticker with a 11-2022 expiration date.  I called Optum and they are sending me a replacement test box.  I don't know if this would make a difference in conducting the test but wanted to make sure of the expiration timing.

Lesson learned:  allow enough ordering time to allow for product issues like this.

Have there been any changes to Club Class dining?  Can CC diners show up at anytime without a reservation and get a table in the CC dining section?
