Hi,

We are on a river cruise in two weeks and had a question about what exactly is offered in the onboard shop. We are trying to travel very light, and I know we can probably find things at each port but was just curious. Looking forward to our first Danube Waltz cruise.

Thanks for the responses... Clay ..we were supposed to be on your waltz cruise last April but had to reschedule to this year...your pictures and blog were very helpful!

We are taking our first Viking cruise in May. I am wondering if there is an option to just stay on the boat and relax for a day and not take part in the tours. Although we are excited for the tours, there may be a day we might like to rest !

We were supposed to be on that cruise...had to postpone but are so happy to follow your blog to see what we missed!! Hopefully we will be on one next year...
