I am afraid you are incorrect my credit union doesnt work that way I have never had a double hold on my account and it has never taken 14 days maybe you should change banks or keep more money in your account plus i have plenty of money in both of my accounts also when the real charge comes thru the cruise line is not the one still with the hold on your account it is your bank like i said already mine releases the hold the moment the charge comes thru my wife and i do this every year at least a couple of times a year and never had a problem with any holds i advise everyone to check with your bank to see what their policy is

yea my wife and I are using our debit card for the sail and sign card we have never had a problem with the hold and the charge on there at same time as soon as the charge goes thru the hold is released plus we have the money in there so no problem anyway alot of people are worried they will have a hold and a charge at the same time most banks dont do that check with your bank as to their policy

I always fly with a small bottle of distilled water when I go thru security line they always try to take it but i tell them TSA has approved it because it is for a medical device. they will test it but I have never had it taken away. I called TSA and they explained it is approved. I carry it in the cpap bag with me

does anyone know where we can get the water proof cases to hold your cards that attaches to your lanyard? Do they sell them on board the ship? also what do you call them I have been unable to even find them on the web such as amazon. I see lots of them but way to big and heavy for what we need
-
I heard some say they take 12 foot I am taking a 9 foot one

I always carry those small 10oz bottles with me even when I fly. TSA told me it is ok because it is for medical device. When I go thru security line they always say I can't have it but I tell them TSA said it is approved they check it and say ok. they are small and fit in the cpap case and are every easy to pack you find them in a pack of 12

we do take cash with us for casino, excursions to buy souviners etc I always have to let our banks know we are going out of state so they can remove the restrictions on out of state purchases etc my wife and I love to do the casino she hit the jackpot last time we cruised she won $2400 I was lucky she gave me $300 if I had won I would have been required to give her half so this time when I win she only gets $300 :D

we use our debit card and have never had a problem. It all depends on your bank. As soon as the real charge comes thru they release all holds plus we always have enough money in the bank so never a problem. I would say talk to your bank ask their policy on holds.

There are lots to see and do if you get chance do the dolphin or sea lion event especially if you got kids you will enjoy it
