In my experience, I have been successful with transferring my son to a different kids centre. I was able to move my son up from HQ (10-13) to HQ+ (14-17) when he was only 13, as there were no other kids his age in HQ. I am assuming though that this was easier, as both HQ and HQ+ do usually run combined activities anyway. I have heard of other people being able to move their little ones around between age groups. I suppose it really depends on what the staff think onboard.

Thank you to those who answered me. Royal Caribbean sent me an email this morning telling me that the visa is done on board as a visa on arrival and charged to our shipboard account. Now I can enjoy.

Hi everyone. I have booked on the Radiance of the Seas for top end cruise in March. (First time on Royal Caribbean). Does anyone from Australia that is booked on it know about the visa needed for the Port of Benoa? Royal Caribbean staff most unhelpful even though I booked direct with them. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Hope to meet and make new friends while onboard.
