  1. don't listen to all financial advices that you have been getting in this thread, you can't trust people on internet forums, do like this instead:

Paypal me the money for the stocks you wan't to buy, add 20% as brokers fee and i will email you a screen print of the stocks as soon as they are in my account. This is much safer since i have 20+ years of experience in trading with stocks and really know this game ;)

your first sentence is very good advice!!!!

  2. Do you just call them and tell them you want to buy their stock? For those who own stock how did you buy it?

    Thanks

TDameritrade will do the job for you either online or phone !-800-934-4448.

My question is WHY? If you sail A LOT it's great, because of OBC received, but it has been a downer stock to own. Its down 55% from its highs and not much going for it unless you plan on holding till 2015.(est). The dividend is nil.

We'll see what kind of a responce we get from this thought!

  3. I have a dumb question!! Does anyone know if there's an electrical outlet in the bathroom? I bought nightlight/air fresheners (with an extra outlet) for each of our cabins and wanted to make sure I can use them. For some reason, I thought I remembered that I couldn't plug them in on Explorer; but I don't remember why. Maybe something about the polarized plug and not being enough room. They might have been a different kind and for some reason didn't fit. Who knows! Any help for my obcessing would be great! :D

Don't beleive there are any regular outlets in heads...but a special plug for electric razors

  4. I will be looking forward to both of your reviews. Never been on a cruise before and staying in an Owner's Suite (only 3 person birth left for DD and DH and self).

I hear Julian is pretty cute and nice.

All advice for cruising in general and EOS in particular is welcome!!!

Does a great M. Jackson and loves to sing. The EN goes to Colon, Panama in Nov for the winter months and returns to FLL after MARCH of the year 09.

  5. The Independence of the Seas was on our local news this morning (I live near southampton). They showed the Promenade area and how 'raw' everything still is. They say the transformation will be very sudden from now on. Work is still very much in progress. The outside looked good.

We are sailing on her for New Year and have been on 3 of the Voyager class ships but not the Freedom class and I can't wait. I will be waiting in Southampton to see her come in as I did with the Freedom and the Liberty. Roll on spring.....

Have they named a Godmother for the Big I ???

  6. We have gone on a great many cruises and dislike both meal times. Realize this can never happen, but would love to have a 7:00p.m. seating. When it's a Caribbean cruise we always take early seating. Have vacationed on the islands that RCCL visits and we are not shoppers so there is not much incentive to get off the ship...Cococay we love since we can come and go as we please.

In Alaska and the Mediterranean we made arrangements for private tours, so we were always back in time to get ready for the early seating. (Took no chance of arriving after the ship departed port)

Agree with one poster who said the the late seating was too late. Fortunately, we have sailed enough with RCCL that we have to choice to eat at either time.
