Our Fascination cruise is scheduled for October 8 - little more than 2 weeks.

Even if that is a 'go', which is questionable, I'm not sure what we would do about flights -- we were scheduled to fly in day before and stay at Sheraton Old San Juan overnight; our flight home is not until 10/17, as we were planning 2 nights after the cruise at the Condado Plaza Hilton.

I have heartburn.:o

We too are flying in on the 7th and staying at the Sheraton in Old San Juan.

My source tells me that the cruise, flights, and hotels will be up and running days before we arrive.

Fingers crossed, we'll be patiently waiting...

Hello Everyone,

First off my heart goes out to everyone on all of the impacted islands, you're truly in our hearts and prayers.

With that said, I wanted to create a thread for anyone cruising out of San Juan on 10/7 aboard the Fascination. If you have any facts to share please do so. I'm guessing that we will have a good idea of what to expect with the next two scheduled sailings, what they do is probably what we will do.

Now, here goes my opinion:

I believe that the cruise terminal, airport and hotels will be back in service for the 10/1 sailing and all other sailings past that date.

I do wonder how the boat will be restocked, where will the perishables come from?
