  1. Thanks for the info. I didn't know about the Bahamas offering repair options. Actually, that is comforting to know. I am thinking--more like hoping- if the ship becomes completely disabled Carnival will fly us back to Baltimore. (Hopefully).

I don't believe Carnival would take on a ship load of people if they weren't confident that they would be able to get the technical issue resolved.

If you are on the ship, sit back, relax and enjoy! We're sailing her in the coming weeks.

  2. I know the 4/3 cruisers have had a rough day - weird thing is, I'm curious if the Hub App went live today as scheduled?

I was curious about this too. It doesn't appear like it did, but I could be wrong. The app still shows "Coming Soon" for the pride. Would be nice if someone would be able to confirm this.

  3. I loved reading your review! We're sailing the Pride in 15 days and I'm beyond excited!

One day at a time... 15 to go.

Hey AVIL, we are on the Pride leaving the 15th too, like you, right? So much to do before then. We are heading up to Baltimore on the 14th to have a night before we board night! Staying at Holiday Inn at the Stadium!

    Happy happy for sure!

    Hey there!

Yes, we are sailing out on April 15th! I just spent the day preparing my packing list. A lot to do in such a short amount of time. Unbelievably excited, as this will be my first cruise.

    See you on-board!

    Cheers.

  4. As per the Q&A from the website:

For those guests that pre-purchase CHEERS!, it will be activated upon boarding the ship (except for ships sailing from Galveston, Mobile and New York). Guests will receive a note in their stateroom advising them to go the bar to receive their sticker which is placed on their Sail & Sign card. In the event guests do not go to their stateroom, once the Sail & Sign card is swiped, it is flagged and the bartender will provide the sticker.

I actually had the same question the other day and ended up finding the answer on the Carnival website.

    Cheers!

  5. We were going to purchase the Cheers! package for our upcoming cruise in April before these changes were announced. We're thrilled about the additions to the package. Speciality coffee's and water are going to make it even more worth it.
