Yes, Thanks!
I had pre-ordered two 12 packs of water and had delivered to my room prior to sailing. We had FTTF and boarded around noon and it was waiting in the room. Glad I did because I was already that thirsty. It was the right amount for a 5 night cruise.

We had early seating on the Dec 3rd cruise out of Mobile and loved the waitstaff and 007. We especially liked the waiter that sang. He had one of the best voices I've ever heard. Going back on the May 6th sailing and hope they are all still there.:D

We tried to hire one when we were there, but they wouldn't pick us up and seemed to indicate that they had already been contracted.

Just got back from Carnival Fantasy first week of December and we noticed pedi-cabs on the dock Carnival Cozumel dock. Some elderly friends of ours are doing the same cruise mid January and would like to hire a pedi cab to take them to the cab stop instead of the long walk through the duty free shopping guantlet. Is that something that can be accomplished on the boat through guest services, or is that something that is arranged only when you purchase an excursion from the cruise line?

We are sailing Dec 26 and also have FTTF. I hope they fix this, let me know how it goes Saturday please:confused:
Will do.:D

Thanks; perhaps it's just the convenience of having it in your cabin, and not having to tip?

For the "in room" beverage packages, are they a better deal than just going to the bar and ordering the same drink; i.e. the Angry Orchard Ale package ends up being $6 a can. Is that cheaper than ordering at the bar. Also can I just pour my drink in my Yeti and drink it by the pool or wherever? Thanks in advance.

Not only did they NOT enforce check in times, the FTTF in this port was a JOKE. Two NEW agents at the FTTF lines meant lines in the regular section were moving faster. No one knew where to seat us once they finally did get us checked in.
Wow; kind of bummed about this. We sail this Saturday and have purchased FTTF. Hopefully they have figured some things out by then. Did you have anytime dining or a seating time? My husband is the least patient person, so waiting for dinner is not going to go over well. This is our first time on a big boat, and although now expecting much, I don't want it to suck either. I'm sure I will think of more questions. Thanks.

Thanks all.

Stupid first timer question. On the Fantasy out of Mobile next Saturday. We've only been on small boat cruises before. Is there room to store roller bags or should we just plan on duffle bags?

Tiny (barely bigger than my iPhone 6) fan (take this whenever I travel anywhere,) battery operated tea light, magnetic hook, magnetic bulldog clip - all fit into a small plastic bag.

What do you use the magnetic hook and bulldog clip for? Sorry if that's a dumb question but I've never cruised on a big boat before.

Instead of the shoe organizer I have started taking smaller ones that zip closed. The shoe organizer stuff would fall all over the place from suitcase to door.
Smaller ones what? Is is a smaller shoe organizer? If so do you have a link to a photo? Thanks, I'm a big fan of a shoe organizer.
Also how do I know if it's flame retardant? If it's plastic?

There won't be any cruises out of Mobile "next spring". The Ecstacy is being dismantled in Turkey and the Spirit won't come to port until October 2023. The nice thing is that the Spirit will be doing some longer cruises to the Bahamas and such. We are booked for Nov 2023.
