How do you find an agent who provide group rates?

I have read some negative reviews on infinity balconies due to no AC in the room while you open the window to use as a balcony.  How true is this?  If you have stayed in these rooms did you like them or not?

There is a snow room on Escape

I have been on Escape and I loved thermal spa there. Looking at the cruise on Getaway. What is the difference between these two spa?

It is $229 (45.8 per day) for my 5 day sailing. Just curious if the price will go up? 

How much is a thermal spa for a 5 day cruise?

Have they removed the ice room (may be they called it snow room) from Thermal spa? 

Call them. I applied for the match. They said it might take 7-10 business days to process my request. I told them that I don’t want to wait that long and want to book it now. They said that after status match I can call them back and I would have two options. Either they send me a check (that might take time) or I choose on board credit for that 5%. 

What is earliest we can arrive at Brooklyn terminal?  We don’t mind waiting but my son can drop us off only at 6 am. Will it be open that early?

You can get any drink. Any coffee drinks as well.  Freshly squeezed orange juice was really good. 

If I don’t get Travel Authorisation what would happened? I will be denied boarding or I will not be able to get off the ship in Bermuda (I am planning to stay on board anyway). 

If one person gets WiFi for 4 devices. Will it be 4 different logins/passwords or just one login/password that can be used on up to 4 devices?

Can we get tested at the RCCL pier at Port Canaveral the day of the cruise?  Both my sons were tested today at Walgreens in NY. The Walgreens can see their results (negative) but their system is down and they can not send us the results that we need to provide. Cruise is tomorrow

I know before Covid I used to get a free ones at guest services. Do they still have it free there?

I think it is called Tokyo Iced Tea. They add Midori liquor to have green color

I did check in on my phone for 4 people. 3 had booster so I put the date of the booster. My son did not have a booster so I put his second doze date. All 4 got approved within a few hours.

Looks like some of these comments are about pre covid benefits. I could not find anywhere current benefits (diamond plus) as far as 2 free days of WiFi and one free photo. Are they still available?

Do you know by any chance if Snow room(or whatever they call it) in the Thermal spa is open?  it was closed on my last trip on the Escape and i heard that it had never been fixed since then.  Thank you

Has anybody been on Escape recently? Did they fix the snow room in Thermal Spa? Is it working now? It was closed on my November cruise, hoping it will be open for my April one.
