Just wondering if anyone knows if the Hidden Gems tour includes visiting St. David's Lighthouse? I read somewhere it did but it does not say on their website. Will be there for one day in October and wanted to pack as much in as possible. Thanks in advance.

Has anyone been on the RCCL Catamaran, Snorkel, and Beach tour? If so, would you recommend it? I am in between this one and the Kayak & Snorkel Eco Adventure. Any insight is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Has anyone been on the RCCL "4x4 Waterfall Escapade" tour? Does it also allow you to visit the fish pond? Any insight is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I will be in St. Croix next week. None of the shore excursions really interest my family so we were thinking we would just hang around the port area. Is there a beach within walking distance and anything fun to see or do in close proximity? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

from another thread:
from the Bernews article 2/6/17:
“In addition the Trustees would like to note there has been increased use of the reserve in recent years and ask all visitors to respect the reserve regulations, which are now posted on signs at the entrances.
“This includes a ban on swimming in the ponds and cave pool, to protect the fragile flora and fauna that live in the water, which could be killed by the toxins in sun creams.
Just because others are ignoring this does not make it right, JMO.

I agree. We still want to visit the cave, even if we don't swim in it.

It's a great place, like I said bring a mask, snorkel, waterproof flashlight and a pair of water shoes (much easier to walk on rocks than with flippers). Another great free place which is walking distance from the dockyard is Glass Beach- safe this for your last day in port. If you want more details about Tom Moore's Jungle an other fun things we did in Bermuda ease check out my entire review (still a work in progress).
Hi. We will be in Bermuda in 3 weeks and are really excited about going to Tom Moore's Jungle. Question ... is the swimming cave hard to find? Would it be easy to get lost? I have been reading directions but they all seem a little vague. Can you help with this? Thanks!

Thanks all for the info. It certainly helps.

I want to explore Tom Moore Jungle on my own with family. Have 17 year old kids that want to cliff jump and swim in the caves but I read this is no longer allowed. The Hidden Gems tour still advertises doing this. Can anyone tell me if it is still allowed? Thanks.

Thanks for the info. I am actually on the Veendam and love that it is docking in Hamilton. Do you know where is the best place to purchase the passes with a credit card?

Can anyone tell me if you can purchase bus passes with a credit card? Will be there the week of July 15th and will be purchasing 2 day bus passes out of Hamilton to get around. I don't like carrying a lot of cash but I want to make sure I have enough if needed. Thanks so much.

Does anyone know if there is a Coke freestyle machine on Grandeur of the Seas or if they are planning to get one anytime soon. We are sailing in November. Thanks!

I did not realize that. Thanks for the info. Guess I will need to visit again during those months. ☺️
