  1. It’s exhausting with a baby wherever you go, but at least you don’t have to cook or clean while on a cruise. Book a suite if you can so you can get perks like priority boarding, eating dinning room meals on your stateroom, concierge, bath tub in room, etc.

  2. I got passports for my kids when they were babies. If there is a family emergency and you need to get back home, it will be a lot easier to get home with passports. I would strongly recommend it, you just never know.

  3. It's nice, but not as nice as others. Bring your water shoes bc lots of seaweed/sludge. The water is very shallow too so you have to go out far if you want to really swim. This is the view from the beach beds. Overall, The island is very relaxing and they have done so many improvements over the past two years.0c130b39b8014cfa1ed9e8479443bf0a.jpg

  4. We were there in may. We rented the beach bed so we got the shuttle. I think the shuttle is only for bungalow and beach bed rentals. The drop you off right by a hit where someone was checking tickets/wrist bands.

  5. Go for it. We just got back from a cruise with our 4 & 1 year old. We have cruised when our oldest when she was two and I think it's easier when they are one bc you can put them in a carrier. I basically carried my baby everywhere and it was nice to not have to take a stroller. We got an owner suite on royal and I would highly recommend getting a suite bc of the bigger space and perks (e.g. Priority boarding and tendering so you don't have to wait in line). With a suite, you can also get your dinning room food sent up to your room instead of going to the dinning room, which made it so less stressful too.

  6. Wrong menus, overbooking in excursions resulting to cancellations at last minute, very salty food in dinning (food was a lot better before), double charging gratuities (still trying to get resolved). I think it was a brand new crew bc it seemed like a lot of miscommunication in the dinning staff and some members didn't even know how to charge for a drink at various locations . Smell of sewage in deck 8 too, the crew was working every day to fix it.
