This is the first I have heard of the step up and since I can walk somewhat I think it would be really helpful! Its been a week now with the boot and slowly but surely I am doing much better with it. We leave a week from Thursday so I'm hoping to be a old pro by then. thanks!

We are Hilton Diamond and just put in a status match and they only matched us to Gold? I thought for sure it would be to Black anyone have similar stories? We are going to call back on Monday

Hurt my foot badly two weeks before my cruise.... We are leaving on July 1st on the Poesia and now I am currently in a full boot. Was wondering how mobility challenged friendly is the Poseia or all of the Ports? We are going to Bari, Mykonos, Athens, Saranda, Olympia and Dubrovnik. I'm feeling pretty depressed we have been planning this cruise for a very long time and now I feel so discouraged.
