  1. We're cruising to Freeport and Nassau in August. I've recently read how unsafe the island is. We we're thinking of doing Atlantis and buying a day pass for resort in Freeport. Are these areas safe? We'll be traveling with our three kids.

  2. My daughter is 4 and loves to dress up so she wore a sun dress every night to the MDR. On elegant night she had a more fancy dress that she wore. My son is 2 and he wore khaki shorts and a button down shirt. One night he insisted on wearing a paw patrol shirt and there was no issue. On elegant night he was a suit vest, button up striped shirt and suit pants with a tie. He really liked wearing the tie.

I preferred eating in the MDR vs he buffet. Our waiter kept the kids a plate ahead of us and when they got to antsy one of us would go check them in the kids club for the nightly activity. Worked great for us.

  3. We were on sunshine last week. We booked our breakfast the first day. We stumbled upon the reservation table for the breakfast and booked it then. There was a parade second day and the breakfast was day 5 I believe (we sailed out Saturday, breakfast was Thursday).

  4. Just got off from my first cruise and we brought our there kids. Ages 2,4 and 12. My 2 yr old is a very high energy kid. We sailed the carnival sunshine to Bermuda. The great thing about the carnival is it's very family friendly. Plus they have a kids club that starts at age 2 so you can enjoy a little you time while they have a great time. I dropped my kids off twice a day for about a hr each day and they had the best time doing activities. We all shared a ocean view room. They brought us in a twin roll out bed. I wasn't sure how my 2 yr old would sleep in it but he was so tired from all the activities he fell right to sleep.

  5. We're going on first cruise with our children ages 2,4, and 12. Has anyone with toddlers are in the MDR? I've heard the food is better there but seems families tend to eat at the buffet instead. Also do kids get a bracelet or a card? Trying to decide if I need to lanyards for the kids. Thanks!

  6. Our cruise is not until October however I don't want to wait until the last minute. My goal is to lose 4 pounds but to tone up. Good bye love handles!!!!

I'm ready to be the confident mom wearing the bathing suit and setting the example for my kids.

I need someone to help me stay accountable and I'll do the same for them. Today I stayed on track had a great dinner but I'm craving ice cream in the worst way.

Putting my Greek yogurt in the freezer for a few minutes and having that instead of a bowl of ice cream.

Who has goals? Let's say them to the universe and believe.
