The Access Dept or Special Services may be able to help. This is a new policy and there will be growing pains and well meaning staff on the phones that are following a script. The fact that the policy change was made well after you booked initially and without sufficient time to cancel, I'm sure someone will work with you

Since you have a relationship with your TA I would recommend telling them how you are feeling. There could be a reason or a concern. If they've provided you good service before why assume the worst now?

Ride horses on the beach, visit Mystic Mountain... Lots more

No financial reason for them to do that as Haven makes them more money per person.
There is a lot more space up there besides Havens upper deck. Plenty of room to make more money with a bigger Vibe, although I like it small

Ncl needs to seriously consider a much larger Vibe space. Adults want an area with NO KIDS 24/7 on NCL. vibe never has more than 30 people at a time using the space so let's add another 30 "day only passes" and see how it works out.

They sell 70-75 passes per sailing. It was pretty full on the 5/22 sailing. I agree that they should make the rest of that upper deck Vibe!

No NCL staff can pre reserve Vibe passes for anyone. Haven, Suites and loyalty get early boarding so that's why they get first try for them. I've been in boarding groups 1 and 2 before and have always gotten them

It wasn't a huge area to begin with and from reading the press release it sounds like it is in the same spot but just updated.
Since I've only seen Entourage on the Getaway I have no idea what to expect. Can't wait to see some pics!

Have fun! Would love to see Entourage. Considering a December cruise with my teens

Teens don't generally USE the clubs...they will meet others of their age, and sort of "hang out" elsewhere. There is plenty to keep them busy, but most kids over 13 don't want to do "organized" activities.
Our experience has been the complete opposite. My boys, now 15 and 17 have had a blast in Entourage on our NCL sailings. They were in the club itself every night for at least a while and then did spend time with friends eating, in the pool etc. but they participated in a lot of activities by the Entourage staff.
We are considering a Dawn cruise in December and were wondering how the Dawns Entourage will compare to our last on the Getaway.

I agree, the profits should be spread to all the employees but in practice and reality we all know what happens in most work places.
Employees are not entitled to part of the profits ! Just like ANY job, employees are offered a wage for a described job. Some jobs come with perks and benefits, others don't. Unless you buy stock or become an owner you do not get part of the profits or a say in where those profits go. None of the cruise staff are indentured. They decide whether the job and wage work for them and are always free to work elsewhere just like employees in other industries

Hotel Director is Errol Bailey just came on a couple of weeks ago.
Captain Rune left for vacation today. Captain Tommy is on board.
Errol Bailey was the first F&B Manager on the Getaway in its inaugural season. I didn't know he had left and returned. He was actually at the gangway this morning saying goodbye to everyone

Flamingos was as great as always. Like the other poster said, no one knows anything about a changeover and there is no difference in theming or signage as yet

Celebrity and Carnival are not similar in any way! Celebrity is a premium line in most ways and Carnival is a discount line.
From elegant, posh (not in your face colors, sparkly etc) interiors to attentive service and more mellow cruisers (very few kiddos), and outside facilities made for total relaxation, Celebrity stands out in a good way.
