  1. We were there in January.  We only paid for the TURTLE CENTRE EXPLORATION TOUR and not the more expensive TURTLE ADVENTURE TOUR.  I though it was well worth the price of admission.  In comparison, I thought (after the fact) that the taxi fare was the tourist trap.  If you are wondering about what is in the Cayman Turtle Centre, take a look at my video to get a sense of what's there when we visited.  Leave a comment on the video if you have any questions, as I only come on here once every couple of weeks.

  2. When we were on the ship back in April, there was never a line for the slides. I guess it's a different crowd on the shorter party cruises.  The Blow Dry Bar is definitely a flop when we were on the ship.  However, The Bamboo Room was well used and IMO made the best cocktails on the ship.  The Johnny Rockets to Go saw some action with people buying burgers back to their rooms to eat but was so much from people already at/by the pool.  I was tempted to get a milk shake but never got around to it.

iSkate was fantastic!  I think it was my favorite main show on the ship.   I loved the drones at the beginning, although their purpose didn’t really tie into the skating, they were cool.  Very, very entertaining and worth seeing!!

I have to agree with you on iSkate.  It was a blast with both older and newer songs.   It is a brand new show that debuted after the drydock.  The skaters have practiced the new show for months on land before performing it on the Navigator.

Here is my video showing part of the show for those interested.

    I appreciate the feedback.

You are very welcomed.  I recently posted a video on YouTube on the Main Dining Room menus and food we received on our 9-night cruise.  Here is the link in case you are curious of the menus and food they served on a recent cruise onboard the Navigator.

  5. Navigator will not be able to compete in terms of scale/size but the recently amplified ship will offer things that are newer than on the Allure.  Royal Caribbean spent $115 million in upgrading the ship, so the Navigator doesn't feel like an old ship anymore.  Some of the things on the Navigator will be rolled out in the rest of the fleet in upcoming dry docks.

Not too much longer until your trip!! I've had alot of requests for all things children related, so I will definitely try hard to find out all the info. I was hoping to be able to pick up the Children's Cruise Compass if I can and post them on here.
