Thanks for such a quick reply back to me. So what you are saying is that at the the desk in the cabin there is a European outlet and if I get a converter I may be able use my own hairdryer right ?? I know I'm being a bit OCD about this issue but I haven't resigned myself to bad hair for the cruise yet ! Wish the cruise line was more specific about the wattage on this particular ship before actually sailing ☺️

Thank you so much for your wonderful review of this ship and the ports. My daughter and I will be going on the Spirit , Venice to Barcelona , in September. Your review will help us a lot !! One big question is about the hairdryer situation in the cabins. As you said and I have read other places that the hairdryers are very inadequate for styling. Is there anything that can be done to use your own dryer, like a converter ?? You didn't mention this so I'm really trying to figure this out prior to us going. Any info on this matter will be most helpful as the cruise line isn't really forth coming about this. Thank you, Cindy
