My sister and I did a transatlantic three years ago over Thanksgiving, it seemed they decorated overnight after turkey day and then added to them all week. Beautiful!

Anyone been on Island Princess recently to know if they have it? Thanks!

My sister and I did the Disney cruise, as adults with no kids, several years ago. I was a little nervous about all the "kid" activities, etc. but . . . we loved it. Of course, we are huge Disney fans, but there was always a place to go where there were no kids, and seemed like there were always some special "adult only" activities, shows, etc. It was a huge treat to see all of the Disney characters out and about the ship. I would highly recommend Disney! (even if you didn't have kids)

I'm here most every day! But as others have said, I don't really think it's a bad thing. Could be a lot worse addictions! :-) (Does make me a little envious of people cruising sooner than I am, and those who have done more cruising than I have)

My sister and I usually do a "happy dance" as we are waiting in line to board. My sister is the planner so she gets the "daily" newsletter (Pitter Patter or whatever it's called) and starts marking what we want to do (she grabs at least two so one will be good for our scrapbook!) while I watch people!

Jack Jones was one of the onboard shows, and we were sitting in the front row of the show, and he came and sang to me! that was pretty cool! :-)

I like late seating myself, as a lot of people have already mentioned, gives us more time at the pool, or in the port, and that way we don't have to rush around to get ready for dinner. (also gives us a chance to eat a burger or slice of pizza as a snack at the pool!)
