Thanks so much for the information, I feel much better about this now. If the ship uses this pharmacy, then I would think (as long as we are careful to get the correct strength of items) all should be OK...we already have the instructions from our regular prescriptions.

I have made a list of DH and my prescription drugs and will play it by ear when we get there I guess....I want to be sure the drugs are safe, but at the cost of 7 drugs total per month, I also could use some savings.

Serene - Maybe I should just consider spending my money on the Retin A - I could really use it also....;)

I have researched online some, and some say the same thing, to be careful....

Some friends bought several prescriptions there last year and had no problems at all, but I agree that the possibility for counterfeit drugs is certainly there.

I have been told that you can buy prescription drugs in Belize at really good prices, but I am wondering if anyone here has any information or experience doing so?

My husband and I both use high cholesterol and blood pressure medicine - and any relief in price would be helpful, but we also want to be sure it is safe.

Any suggestions?
