We used our 3 night package for Hibachi on Allure in July. There is an up charge but well worth the price.

Not considering leaving but have cut back on the number of cruises for this year. Also starting to take a look at Cancun resorts. All inclusive offers value and better dining.

Just got off the Voyager today. Took $ 500.00 for me, wife had $ 250.00. Mine is down to $ 87.00. She somehow still has her entire amount. How does that work???

Never had a problem. They sometimes will ask if you would like to share a table, with others. We decline.

We are departing on Voyager from Galveston on Saturday, Feb. 10th, our cabin is Starboard Deck 10. Does anyone know if Deck 10 was affected like Deck 9 with flooding? Are these rooms now 'dried out'? I heard some passengers have been offered FCC or a move...I haven't heard anything from RCCL so I'm 'assuming' our cabin is OK...a bit apprehensive...
Also joining you Feb. 10th. Have not heard from RCCL, so thinking all is fine. Guess we will see. We drive down from Missouri, leave on Thursday.
GO CHIEFS...

We are planning to do a 9 night next February on Serenade from Tampa. 4 ports, 4 sea days. We don't care for Oasis class, we like the smaller ships. And for us, a relaxing day in a lounger by the Solarium pool is heaven.
We have same cruise booked Feb 14th, 2025.

We always buy the 3 night package, when offered. Have the Voyager booked for 5 nights in February. Will eat dinner 4 nights in specialty restaurants. Italian twice. Skipping one night since it is the Super Bowl. Pretty sure we will end up eating Pizza after several (many) drinks.

I agree. Just put it in the total and be done with it.
One hundred percent agree. Add it to everyone's fare.

We stayed at the Hilton on 17th street. You can see the ships from the hotel.
Cab ride from the airport to the hotel is about 15 minutes, and costs $ 20.00 with a tip.
The hotel has a shuttle to ships. Think the cost is $ 7.00 for each passenger.

We always stay at the Radisson Hotel by the airport. Free ride to the hotel. Right next to 13 Coins (excellent restaurant). Seattle Express will pick you up at the hotel taking you to the cruise ship. After the cruise will return you to the airport.
I grew up in Seattle. If you stay downtown, be careful after dark.

Sailed on Allure in July. We chose not to eat in the MDR.
Royal Burger, Chicken Sandwich and Four - Lentil Chili not my idea of Dinner Dining.
Food is well below what I expect.

Let's face it .... Sorrentos is not a pizza anyone would pay for. RCL know that ... their main concern is how much will this effect future bookings. If everyone says you will still sail then be prepared another cut in the 1000 cuts RCL is rolling out and Sorrentos will have a charge. Next will be reservations for a fee for shows, flow rider, bumper cars etc. RCL will keep adding fees until a real push-back happens and bookings fall. They hoodwinked ever one into Specialty Dining by lowering the quality of the MDR.
This is the WOW factor ....Worst On Water.
I have to agree with you on the Main Dining Room. Sailed on Allure last month. Menu on our final night - Royal Hamburger, Chicken Sandwich, and 4 bean Chili.
Have really lowered the standards for food.
We did eat at Chops twice. Food and service were excellent.

Makes no difference to me, don't eat the stuff.
They keep raising prices an all inclusive resort in Cancun will take their place in our household.

Two weeks ago we were off the ship at 8:11 am. I would agree with 9:00 am.
We were not scheduled to be off until 9:15. Super organized.

We always leave cash. I know they want it, need it, and can make their own decisions on how to best use it.

That's funny, because *I* missed it, too. 😄 And I haven't seen any discussion of it on here. I don't know about you, but I LOVE sailing out of NOLA. It's a great place to visit before and after a cruise, and it's lovely sailing down the river.
We will be right there with you. Like to visit NOLA and back to Grand Cayman.

We used Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Airport. There was a free airport shuttle to the hotel. I called the hotel before booking and was told we could sign up for a shuttle that would transport us to the cruise pier. I don’t remember the cost of the shuttle but it was reasonable. Both the hotel shuttle and the cruise pier shuttle were very timely. We would definitely use this hotel again. Our stay was July 2019.
Agree. I grew up in Seattle. Would not stay downtown. Area has gone down in recent years. Homeless population has exploded. If you do decide to stay downtown be very careful, after dark.
We stayed at the Airport Radisson. 13 Coins restaurant is right next door. Seattle Shuttle will pick you up at your hotel and take you to the pier. They will also be waiting for you upon returning to Seattle and transport you to airport.
Revamp of C&A tiers? Cruises getting expensive!

Agree. We drive to Galveston from Missouri but flights to Florida often are $ 1000.00 or more for the two of us. Add bags, hotel stay, meals, and taxi your close to doubling the cost of cruise fare.
Really think they will move to a point system based on dollars spent. Already happens in the Casino.
