  1. Thanks for the menu. I thought I saw the 3+ dollar price somewhere else too. I wasn't too happy the one time in a bar when I decided to splurge on a soda when I didn't get the package and I got a small watered down fountain version for that price. Not even a can.

Does anyone happen to know if the diet lemon-lime soda is available on the package, or is it only available in the can?

Plus - I didn't see Mt Dew and Diet Mt Dew on the menu. Are either of those still available? It has been a couple of years since the last time I sailed NCL. Bad enough I can't bring my Coke Zero, now I might have to go without DMD as well. Good thing we are in port every day. ;p Just kidding, I'm not quite that bad.

I would like to know though before we decide whether or not we are buying the soda cards.

I NEED my DMD...seriously does anyone know if it’s available onboard?

  2. The lower the deck the less motion, mid deck is best. I cruised last summer to Alaska Deck 3 mid ship, not a single issue. Absolutely loved the lower deck. Going on Spirit this summer Deck 4 mid ship. Just Google seasickness on a cruise it’ll tell you the same thing

  3. I don't understand how this is legal. Those of us <90 days till set sail have paid in full already. If you cancel (not that I would for this) you lose a lot of money. We purchased our cruises including free room service (except 12m-5am when it was $4). You can get continental breakfast only for no fee, add an egg pay $7.95 additional plus tax and gratuity. I wouldn't gripe if they had an open venue 24 hours but they don't. Those of us who are diabetic Best not have low blood sugar 🙄 and need food. I'm just annoyed I bought a cruise which included room service, now it doesn't and they won't compensate at all for it. Again how can they change the terms of our "contract". I also got word of this from social media not from RCCL.

Ok stepping off my soapbox now lol.

  4. We are doing RCCL Radiance out of Vancouver to Seward, 7 night. My flight from Boston was $139 😳. We are taking a bus to Anchorage from Seward which does photo stops. We are then flying the red eye from Anchorage to Seattle for $41 😁, spending 2 days in Seattle then home to Boston. We have no at sea days and have ports every day, this way we get to see more. I did tons of research and was torn between this one and Celebrity but I like the itinerary of not returning to the home port.

  5. We've booked several however none are with RCCL. Just look at what you like to do and go from there. I use a white board, write down dates and where we will be and book accordingly. I've done this on many, many cruises and never a problem or concern. One was cancelled and money returned due to weather.

One that looks great is the newly renovated and reopened after 17 months is the Alaska State Museum. We cannot wait.
