Just curious as to why there is no "meet and mingle" info for Odyssey. I realize the ship has not sailed but at least thought there would be "meet and mingle" threads.

I don't work out but for the casino cash bills, vouchers or advances on your card. No quarters

We always rent a jeep in Cozumel because we love the other side of the island. You can rent a crappy jeep from Ernestos for about $60. We like being on our own schedule and finding secluded beaches. They give you maps with an explanation of places, prices etc. If it is a rainy day you will get wet in the jeeps. We usually reserve one a week before after we check the weather. Parking can be difficult to find in downtown but otherwise you can stay a while at places you like or move on if you're not enjoying yourself.

We have used them twice and give them a thumbs up. Less people than the cruise line excursions and cheaper.

Thank you cleg5. We rented from a place near the International pier but will take a taxi if we end up at another. I don't mind a walk either way.

I know this is probably on here somewhere but which pier does Majesty of the seas dock at in Cozumel? Also, any jeep rental places you would recommend. Thanks

I feel like Anything Goes would be great for a RC show. It's an old one but it had a revival a few years ago. It takes place on a ship which is appropriate. 

About 15 years ago we booked Nordic Empress right before it went into drydock. It was hurricane season, we booked an inside room which was a first for us and we knew the ship was not much to talk about. But the price for a week long cruise was incredible plus we were already flying to Tampa for a wedding. It was one of my favorite cruises. We were at a dinner table with another couple and 3 fun, crazy, sexy women. We still don't know why but the ladies loved my husband and I and we spent a lot of time with them. Had a wild time at Carlos and Charlie's and lots of extras on the ship because we had 3 single women at our table. There was also a large contingent of gay men on-board who were so fun to hang out with as well. I am now best friends with one of the women and have been on a few cruises with her. It just goes to show that it is often the people that make a cruise not the ship or the itinerary. 

I never came back to this post after our cruise. We actually loved the room. Lots to watch on the Boardwalk, could watch movies and zipliners from the balcony and 90 percent of the noise was block when you locked the door. We really did not hear activity from the above sports court. For the great price we got for this room I would do It again.

We are considering booking the adult sandbar excursion for our upcoming cruise. Mainly we want to get away from the crowd. It says cash bar on the description. If you have the beverage package is it honored on this excursion since the excursion is through Royal Caribbean?

We have done the bar hop and would highly recommend it in the future. We have rented a jeep a couple times and have driven to the other side of the island. A jeep is great because you can stay as longvas you want, wherever you like. Only problem was deciding on a designated driver. 

We are booked on Oasis. We took a guaranteed inside balcony when we booked. Found out we are facing the Boardwalk on deck 14. We are ok with some noise during normal hours and think we will enjoy the people watching and view of the Agua Theater. My only concern is the noise from the sports court above our room. Has anyone ever had a room below the basketball court on this ship or sister ships? Could you share your experience?🏀
