They are selling Balconies on deck 15 forward where the Observation lounge is now for my Alaska Cruise in August of 2025. Looks like they will indeed be reducing the Observation Lounge.

I cruised Carnival twice out of San Juan, PR. Dec 1997, the Fascination and the Inspiration. One was a 7 night Saturday and the other a 7 night Sunday, so I had a night in a hotel in Condado, San Juan. I guess they were technically not a side-by-side with that extra night in between.
I miss the Inspiration and the Imagination.

Cabo is boring compared to Mazatlan and PV.
I agree. I don't know what the allure of Cabo is.

The playlist shows I like the best now are the ones that incorporate real musicians from around the ship. Shows like this one and celestial strings.
This show is a shell of what it was before the shutdown. Smaller stages out in the audience and drones flying overhead during Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds. -

They also use facial recognition in the Pixels photo studio to tie all pictures of you to your folio.

I haven't heard of any being caught on a cruise but there was a news story of a woman getting caught in Hawaii.

I’m in a similar situation- disembarking at Long Beach from Panorama on Nov 13th, flying back to Canada that day. My wife and I are having PCR testing done in Puerto Vallarta three days earlier(our last port stop) but within 72hrs of our scheduled flight departure time on the 13th. Cost is just under $100cdn each.
I would not rely on getting that test. Because of a propulsion system problem on the Panorama, they have been reversing all the stops with Puerto Vallarta being the first stop and Cabo being the last.

Can confirm that the Panorama doors are not magnetic.

Can you ask Emma if she will still be the CD on the April 25 cruise? If she is not can you see if she will tell you if she knows who will be the CD?
Thank you and have a great cruise.
Matt Mitcham announced on his Instagram today that he would be the Cruise Director for the Panorama from April 18th - June 20th.

So no more Popovers? 😪

Does anyone know if they are offering Behind the Fun tour on the Panorama?

Agave Straws are the way to go. Perform just like plastic, stay firm for the duration of the drink, and are biodegradable.

I did the chef's table as well and just loved that tomato soup.

ComplexCon is going on that weekend plus it’s the last weekend for Dark Harbor at the Queen Mary.

Just FYI- I have looked at the Maya for March and April 2019.
Perhaps it is too far out to book but in March rooms are over $300 per night and in April there is a whole week where NO rooms at all are available.
I do not know the reason for any of this but hope to find out soon.
We may have to change our normal routine and either stay somewhere else or drive up the day of the cruise and park at the port.
The Long Beach Grand Prix is in April which is why there is a whole week with no availability.

Is it Cruise Director Alex that used to be on the Imagination?

Here's a link to the Imagination menus which are the same as the Inspirations.

So can anyone use the Carnival Corporate code to book a room at the Maya? Do you have to show some kind of identification?

They are already setting up loungers in the Laser Tag area. Get rid of it!
