We are due to fly out to Barbados on 2nd Dec to join Britannia and I was wondering if the forum could give me an idea of premium economy costs and are they worth paying for.
Is it TUI only that P&O use or are there other airlines involved .We are flying from Manchester.
This cruise for us has been cancelled twice before so we are really looking forward to it

Molecrochip that sounds like a nightmare.I am on the 10th dec flight to Barbados to cruise on Azura.
If what you say is correct then if anyone failing a lateral test at Barbados then the whole filght of 200 plus would be repatriated.
A logistical nightmare for P&O

Anyone on a fly cruise at the end of this year had their flight details yet?
Going on 10th Dec but no flight details as yet. Here’s hoping.

I t doesn't say a proof of a negative test is required on leaving the UK but that it is P&O policy to test at the cruise terminal as per latest statement from them.
Who in their right mind would fly to Barbados and then risk being refused embarkment.
I have yet to see anything regarding testing at the airport. If so could someone please enlighten me.

Regarding P&O recent email on taking a lateral flow rest at the terminal prior to boarding I query what happens if you fail the test.
My cruise is on Azura on 10th Dec and I would be then stranded in Barbados with family and no booked flight home.Surely the test should be done at the airport prior to flying

It does say in the email I received this morning and I quote
"The PCR and COVID-19 test at the terminal will be provided on a complimentary basis."
also saying this would apply to all passengers.
Am I misunderstanding the wording of it?

We are booked for the 10th Dec on Azura from Barbados so it is looking good so far.
Regarding the PCR test at the terminal I believe this takes a couple of days to process so are you then allowed on board and presumed free of covid until the results arrive back?

I understand as I am flying from a provincial airport(Manchester)] that I would not have a choice of airline and certainly would not swap to a scheduled flight as WOZZ says P&O would not reduce the cruise price.

We are hopefully COVID permitting going to the Caribbean on Azura 10th Dec for 14 nights and I am wondering which airlines P&O use. When should I see this info on the cruise personaliser?
-
I have received my FCC and used it on a 2021 caribbean cruise.
What I haven't received information on is the £285 paid for trips on the cancelled cruise.
An e-mail early on in the year said I would receive this back as 110% on board credit, yet I cannot find any reference to this on my booking.
Has anyone received information or confirmation of this on their booking?

Thanks for those comments.I am unsure if we would pay that amount for premium especially seeing that standard seats are now 34".
Not averse to buying the odd drink and I presume we get get fed although of a lesser quality than that served in premium
