    I resent all the information with the reservation # and case #. Hopefully I will hear soon before my Jan 8 cruise. Is there a contact #? I checked my reservation summary, no OBC assigned.

    I am sailing on January 8,2023, and I submitted my brokerage statement on December 6, 2022. I have not received a response from NCL. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions? Thanks
