Hello! I have $100 OBC and have already purchased the drink package, internet, excursions, spa visits, and specialty dining. I read that the OBC cannot be used for gratuities. Can I use it in the casino? I probably should have preplanned and not already purchased everything! Thank you for your help!

We waited less than 10 minutes. It’s a lot of fun!

The Purple Store in downtown also has luggage storage although they close at 6:30pm.

Thank you!

How hard did you laugh when you were cautioned about NCL no longer controlling the booking? 🤣
I recently was “warned” about this a few weeks ago. To me, it was a huge win to be in control of the flights! I improved both SW flights that NCL booked and it only cost me and extra $120 for both tickets! Win, win…Home hours earlier, direct flights both ways, and in control of the flights. $120 plus $230 what I paid NCL, in the end I still saved over $400 if I had booked them myself!

I am considering purchasing thermal suite passes on the Bliss. I have 2 different questions:
1. If I get purchase the thermal suite pass then I get an upgrade for a spa suite, will NCL refund the price of the thermal suite pass since it’s included with the room?
2. The price online is $299 per person. Is it a better deal if I wait until I am onboard? I know that it’s a gamble as it could possibly sell out.
Thank you for your expertise!

I booked flights through NCL from Phoenix to Barcelona. Going to Barcelona, I had one stop through Chicago for only 45 minutes. My flight out of Phoenix was delayed so I ran to my Barcelona flight and only took a carry on due to the short layover. Coming back, we waited for 4 hours in the Barcelona airport and then had a few hour layover in NYC. The flight was such a good deal that I really couldn’t complain!

A few months ago I purchased new flights and did not take the ones that NCL booked. I did nothing with the NCL flights, took my new flights, and nothing happened.

In PV I purchase day passes through resortpass.com, I really like the Westin and it’s about 10 min. by taxi each was from the ship. I’m Cabo, I have been to the Office and Mango Deck and sit on the beach in lounger chairs while I purchase drinks from them. Have fun!

I’ve purchased day passes from resortpass.com for the Westin in PV. We had a great day! It was about $12 taxi ride each way. The staff at the check in counter knew about the day passes, showed us around, and made us feel like hotel guests. The food and drinks were excellent and the pool was relaxing. The beach was just okay, but the pool more than made up for it. Have fun!

Only luggage put out the night before, so make sure you have what you need to travel home with in your carry-on bag.
Thank you for your help! I need to be mindful because I don’t want to haul a lot around the next day!

I am planning on using the luggage valet in Seattle. Will they only take luggage that is put out on the last night of the cruise or can I check luggage the day of disembarkation? Thank you!

I discovered the luggage valet service at the port of Seattle, so I have a plan now. Thank you!

I also received an email when it was applied.

Good idea! Yes, but it’s $150 per person.

This is great to hear! We have a flight at 10:40 at long beach and I am very worried about it. I know we shouldn't book anything before noon but my boyfriend wouldn't listen so hopefully we can get the same out come as you.
I have taken a 10:50 flight out of Long Beach 3 times in the last 7 months with plenty of time to spare. Each time I carry off my own luggage and either take an Uber or taxi. When I got off the Joy at berth 50 a few weeks ago, no one was in the taxi line and we were to the airport in no time.

I have an afternoon flight out of Seattle. I am looking for an excursion company that picks up at the cruise terminal, tours Seattle, then drops you off at the airport. I would appreciate any recommendations! Thank you!

I would not recommend the balcony rooms that are near the waterslide that goes over the edge of the ship. Almost every person that goes down the slide screams. It was entertaining at first, then got old really fast!

We used NCL Air to book tickets from Phoenix to Barcelona. We had a 45 minute layover in Chicago going there. We had to run to catch that flight because our flight out of PHX was delayed. Flying back, we had to wait 6 hours in the airport because they booked a late afternoon flight which connected through NYC.
We took American there and Delta back. I used the flight recorder numbers to pick my seats in advance. I knew that it was a gamble letting NCL book my flights; the deal was just too good to pass up! In the end all was fine, the only concession that I had to make was not checking a bag because I didn’t want it to not make it on the plane to Barcelona during the short layover.

We drove and parked, and walked off with our baggage. For those that were collecting baggage, shuttles were available to take people to the baggage tent.
Thank you! I am trying to avoid the shuttle!

What a great idea! I’ve definitely experienced the surge pricing to and from Long Beach Airport.

There are a couple threads on recent experiences with this situation. If you use the search box and enter 'berth 50', 'berth 46', 'b50', 'b46' you should find them and be able to read about those experiences. You could also use the drop-down at the top of the thread list and select to look at threads mentioning the Joy or Bliss and you should find them that way as well..
Thank you for your help!

We boarded the Bliss on 1/22 at Berth 91. We disembarked at Berth 50. On embarkation day they had us park at Berth 46. We walked off with our luggage (didn’t put it out the night before) at 6:30 AM. They did facial scan (no documents needed to be presented unless you had birth certificate instead of passports) on the ship. We walked off the gangway and straight to our car. We were among the first 100 of the ship and among the first 10 in their cars and on the way. We left the port area about 6:50.
Thank you for your thoughtful response! I am so happy to hear that disembarking at B50 is pretty much the same process at B91. From everything I have read, it sounded like shuttles were involved in the process.
