1987 Carnival Jubilee- Honeymoon cruise
-
We were on the Fascination 2 years ago. St. Kitts we took the sugar train around the island. They have a local group of singers and serve you pina colados while explaining the the history of the sugar plantations. St. Lucia went went with Spencer Ambrose tour to the Pitons where we sat on the beach, snorkeled, had an amazing lunch and free rum punch all day. The morning we docked in Barbados it rained, but we had already planned to go to the caverns, which are so cool. At St. Thomas we took a taxi to Coki beach and snorkeled ( reliving our honeymoon) and we also shared a taxi with friend we met on the cruise and in St. Maarten went to the beach. I researched most excursions on this website and save us some money going with local excursion companies.

Also, Make sure you let your banks know that you are traveling and where. My first cruise, my cards got locked and I had no way to contact the banks to unlock them. smh
This happened to my husband when traveling in China for business, The credit card would not let me reopen it because my name was not on the account. He almost missed the train back to the airport if not for a generous friend loaning him some cash.

A couple years back, our family of 4 went to Shark Valley in Everglades National Park. We rented bicycles and rode out to the observation station along side of the alligators. We saw so much wildlife and had a great day. We had rented a car and also did Biscayne Bay National Park the next day. Ended the week with a ZZ Top concert at Miami Philmore East.
