I could not. I booked the promo(buy 1 get one free ) for a cruise out of Quebec. When I received my air accommodations, NCL was flying us to Montreal. When I called to point out their mistake, I was told this was common for the Quebec port and I would now how to pay $150 for two 3 hour bus shuttle rides to Quebec. I detest bus rides so I asked if I could have a refund for the $350 I paid for the promo and I was told no. In reference to the previous reply, my cruise was paid in full. Also, I thought I would just pay to change my ticket but American would not let me since I had not made the reservation. Do not take the promo?
