Flooding in Galveston?

Does anyone know what the roads in and out of the Port of Galveston are like this weekend (12/3/16-12/4/16)? I have heard reports of Harborside having 10"of water on it and cars getting stuck. Trying to figure out if and how we can get in tomorrow and if parking lots are flooding.
