We did. Loved the food! Especially the sweet treats at the end. The guides Sherrie lee and tonya were sweet and wonderful. You are walking past the gates and are in a rough area. you will not want to wear any jewelry or look like u have money. My husband put my Nikon in my purse! My husband got cornered by a guy that demanded we buy him food. Only problem is that if u buy one food they will all want food!

I'm not a novice cruiser or traveler for that matter.
BUT, I struggle with finding a solution for packing jewelry. Necklaces get tangled, mixed together, etc I've tried using straws, but no.
How do you travel with your jewelry?
I have small plastic bags that seal and are about 1 x 2 or 2 x2 in size (I get like 100 for $1.00 at Walmart) for my chains and pendants (I have not had any trouble with tangling). The larger pendants I wrap in a small velvet pouch. I have a cloth case for my bracelets that keep them separated (this ties on the outside) and a jewelry box with a ring holder and several square spaces for more rings and it has a larger square for more bracelets and a pouch on the lid. These stay inside my purse and I put them in the room safe immediately when I arrive.

My biggest problem when packing is What If and Just in Case. I'm trying to pack light and I usually end up with 2 or 3 plastic bags full of this stuff....band aids, liquid bandage, stretchy elbow and knee braces, moleskin, extra toothbrush, small flashlight, and on and on. I usually never use anything or at most one or two things....but What If I need something else. Anyone else have the What If blues? How do you handle this?
I have a suitcase or small bag that's soft sided that I keep packed at all times that I keep everything I would need for a shower/overnight stay. I use it for camping/overnight trips and I check it in when we get on an airplane. When I get low on something like shampoo or toothpaste I will throw the half empty item in my real bathroom and replace it with a full size so I do not run out of anything. Its not real big and not too heavy and it makes packing so much easier. I do have a small first aid kit (very small for small emergencies) and things like sunblock inside it.
I have another bag for camping that I keep those cool towels/extra batteries/a small bottle of laundry soap/bounce/change purse of quarters for laundry machines/ flashlights and other stuff like that ...but I usually only take that one on camping trips.

Good to know it can sometimes work out well!
Worked out gr8 for us! When prices dropped our agent upgraded all 3 cabins. We originally booked 3 Interior staterooms on Deck 6. Our 1st upgrade was to a Promenade Window stateroom and the last two cabins were upgraded to Deck 10 Superior Balcony and we don't have to change rooms!

We just carry cash.
DH and I will visit the casino every day, so we have a daily set limit. I place each day's limit in an envelope and label it with the day to use, then all the envelopes go into the safe when we get to the room. We take only the day's money out and gamble with that; whatever is left over at the end of the day goes into the "Pay the Bill" envelope, also in the safe. Toward the end of the week, we take the "Pay the Bill" envelope and apply all the funds inside to our onboard account.
If for some reason we skip a day in the casino, the entire contents of that envelope goes into "Pay the Bill".
So far, on all our cruises, we've always had at least enough to pay off the entire on board bill and often take extra home. Lucky? Maybe so, but we also like to think its because we just don't gamble more than our daily amount, so some days we win and some we may not, but in the end, we usually end up even.
Gr8 plan...I have done this exactly already for our upcoming trip...I also made envelopes for our excursions (I pay a % down and rest cash on arrival) and our slot pulls that we have scheduled.

Thanks,

We really like the slot games at casinos and I tend to stick with the same games. Does anyone know what slots are on the Liberty of the Seas? Some of the slots that I like are Dragon Rising, Fu Da Lao, Magic Maidens, Quick Hit and Action Bank.
Thanks,

RC usually uses the International Pier in Cozumel.
Belize is a tender port.
Thank you!

I am trying to book a fishing excursion and it is saying in Cozumel that the Puerta Maya Cruise Terminal is 12 min by taxi, International Pier SSA is 12 minutes away as well and PUnta Langosta Cruise Terminal is 5 minutes by taxi.
Anyone out there know the name of the ports that Royal Caribbean stops at in Cozumel, Grand Cayman, Falmouth, Roatan or Belize.
Thanks,
San :)

Actually there are 2 ports in Roatan. Royal Caribbean uses Coxen Hole, along with Celebrity and NCL. The other is Mahogany Bay which is used by Carnival, Princess, Costa, Holland America and Regent.
Thank you,
Good to know before I book our excursions.

Thanks y'all. I wasn't sure if there was more than one port in those areas.
