Question for the group - What are the advantages of using an oyster card vs. simply using a credit card with "tap and pay"?

For those on the 4/29/23 BIE cruise. I'm wondering if anyone is interested in a private tour from London with Tours By Locals to the Cotswolds/Oxford? This would be a 10-hour tour and with 8 travelers the cost is only $140.50 (USD).

Did not see a Roll Call for this cruise yet. My wife, Audrey and I are excited about this cruise. Sailed in Aug 2017 on the Sky - Viking Homelands and are booked in May 2019 on the Sky for the Iceland Majestic Landscapes cruise. Hope to hear from other fellow travelers!!
