Robbie, was that the straight out price or plus what you had already paid?

The deal they had offered me on the GV for the Star cruise last week was $6500 on top of the $6900 already paid for the AA and BA for a total of $13400 for 4 people.

Such a deal, since I had already gotten the BA for 50% off. But I passed in favor of a koi pond, reflecting pool and waterfall.

The deals do exist and are negotiable.

My first cruise was on the Song of Norway as a teen with my family in 1970. Rough sea first night out, my mother bought plane tickets in Nassau, end of cruise.

What ever happened to Song of Norway? I read in another thread the history of her sister ship, Song of America, but no definative answer as to SON.

Anyone know? :confused:
