I just returned from the Bahama's with a group of 8 women/girls to celebrate a 14th birthday. We booked a private island dolphin encounter in Nassau through Carnival but all water excursions were cancelled due to rough waters from high winds. Our money was refunded back to our Sail/Sign card same day and we booked another dolphin encounter at Atlantis through CCL the next day (overnight in Nassau as HMC port was cancelled too). It was my first cruise so it was nice to have transportation provided without worries to Atlantis and back.

Just got back today from the Bahamas on CCL. Six of eight had purchased the Balmoral Island dolphin excursion with the other two to observe. However, it was cancelled due to high winds and rough waters. All excursions requiring small boat transportation was cancelled. Our money was refunded and we stayed overnight in Nassau again due to the conditions but we were able to choose the Atlantis excursion which included a beach day. It was not cancelled as their facility is man-made. The other two in our party was able to purchase the observer package and they actually sat behind us on the man-made beach and watched us. The real beach was closed again due to the weather and we went to the Atlantis man-made lagoon afterwards. The observer package included a free-lunch the others did not.

I had a friend on the same cruise with her entire family and she enjoyed it too. No issues of running out of food or alcohol. She did have to do laundry on the last day though. ;)

I got mine recently in 14 days. I took my teenage daughter last Thursday to get hers and did not expedite it. We went to a rural post office in our county ( they are less busy and take walk-ins) and they took our picture there for additional $15 which I felt was worth it as they now how to get the correct headshot. I hope to get hers back around the 13th or in two weeks. We sail on the 25th.

I had planned on taking the stairs anyways for the fitness aspect. I have been told to expect a 10 lb weight gain:eek: Now I will encourage my party of eight to do so as well after reading this thread.

I bought mine on Amazon. I didn't want to worry about them tearing off or "laminating" them with packing tape.
