I've only taken one cruise on NCL so I don't know much about the history. But I think "The Local" is a terrible, generic, awkward, confusing, name to replace O'Sheehans. If you wanted to make it basic then why not "The Pub"? All I think when I hear "The Local" is that I'm about to get novacaine or antiseptic for something.

Following on the theme of it O’Sheehans being an Irish pub I suspect they have called it that as in England ‘the local’ does mean your closest pub / bar.

A new cabin category for solo travelers features 82 inside staterooms with*l virtual ocean views, and the exclusive suites-only The Haven is double the size of the complex on its other sister ship Norwegian Escape, with 80 staterooms.

Where is this double size haven complex?! The floor plan for the Haven area looks almost identical (except changes at the front which has removed rooms) so where are all these extra rooms?!

Does anyone know the opening times for the Haven restaurant & bar opening times on the Epic?

I thought it used to be printed on the freestyle daily but the ones from peoples recent cruises doesn't seem to have the times on!
