As has been mentioned about their IT, I have the easy plus and wanted to upgrade to the next package.
Neither the website or the app even acknowledge that I even have a drink package and say I can buy the easy plus for $427. Smh
I have this issue too, I was told to talk to them when I get on the ship and see if I can upgrade at that time.

I'm curious, what is the house wine? Will I have a choice, such as a house Pinot Nior? Cabernet? Merlot? I also have a reservation for the first night of my cruise at the Steakhouse.. because of the wine. I realize it's not going to be the best brand of wine, but I don't drink white wines and don't want to be "forced" to order a white if I want a red.

Please thank your son for his service for me and my family!

I had the same concerns as you.. I did a lot of research and have chosen to use Victor Bodden tours for Mahogany Bay and then the starfish snorkel in Belize. I am not too worried, no one wants a fat, old lady (LOL). Have fun, just be aware of your surroundings.

I am booked on the Legend on 11/10/19. First time on Carnival, second cruise ever. Hope it's fun.

I am not cruising until November, but i found a tour on Mahogany Bay (Isla Rotan) by Victor Bodden, he has great reviews on Trip Advisor. I booked outside of Carnival Cruise. I didn't find anything that I liked through Carnival for a decent price and Victor has me covered for less than what I would have spent through the cruise. I should add, I have booked through the cruise line for my additional tours at our other stops.
I have in the past been to both Costa Maya and Cozumel on Princess, I did book through them for my excursions. Cozumel I booked the beach break with the drinks, was reasonable, the beach was nice and had palapas (sp) for shade, food and unlimited drinks. In Costa Maya I did a chocolate tour and sight seeing, again booked through the cruise line and it was actually pretty nice.
Hope this helps and enjoy your cruise.

It's happened to me on Carnival in the Caribbean and on Royal in the Med.
Yes, if you win more tha $1199, you will be issued a W2G, or a 1099G either immediately or before the cruise ends. Before they pay out the cash, you will have to prove identity and nationality. I don't believe they do this if you are Canadian but I could be mistaken.
No, you don't have to declare the winnings to Customs unless you are entering the US with more than 10K in cash.
Side note: United States Internsl Revenue Service doesn't care if you win $1 gambeling or $5000 gambeling. The winnings are considered earned income and is to be reported. Yes, even that $1 that you won on your lottery ticket.
Now, whether you declare or not is up to you.
But also remember the IRS allows you to write off your yearly gambling losses up to the amount of your winnings. So if you win $2000 and you have spent $2000 over the year then it breaks even and you don't pay tax on it.
How bad is MSC Seashore? Suite? Considering this...

I cruised this ship last June. It was beautiful, the workers were friendly and I even thought the food was good. I have cruised NCL, Princess, Carnival, and RC. MSC is by far my favorite cruise line. About to go on the Seascape at the end of June for the 4th holiday.
