  1. Just want to follow up on this for anyone who might be interested. Just got back from our cruise on Celebrity Reflection. We did buy the Persian Garden package prior to leaving, and the timeslots are just way of booking. We were able to use the Persian Garden at any time for as long as we wanted during the cruise. Had a great time. Enjoyed it very much!

  2. Just back from an ABC cruise on Celebrity Reflection. Bonaire was definitely the best snorkeling stop. Took an excellent tour with AquaFun Bonaire to Klein Bonaire. Small group of 10 people on a speedboat. Brought us to a couple great spots that you could basically drift snorkel along the reef edge. The guide took underwater pics of the fish we were seeing and airdropped them to everyone at the end of the excursion.

  3. Just back from an ABC cruise on Celebrity Reflection. We didn’t have great snorkeling in Aruba either, but we thought Curaçao was ok. Rented a car there and beach hopped - Playa Kalki was good when you get away from the swimmers and we did do the turtles at Playa Grandi which was fun even with waaay too many people. 4. We’ll be in Aruba in early March. Looking for a reputable snorkeling tour. Long time ago we went on a drift snorkel there that was fabulous but I can’t remember who it was. Over a decade ago unfortunately. Don’t like the ship excursions because they’re too crowded.

  5. Thanks so much for the info! I think I probably will purchase it. When you buy it online ahead of time there are timeslots that you have to sign up for. I don’t understand that part? Do you have to show up at a specific time or can you just walk in whenever you want? Are you limited for how long you can stay?

  6. Trying to decide whether to purchase the option to use the Persian garden on our upcoming cruise. We have a concierge classroom so it’s not included. I’m a little confused about how it works with the timing. It seems you have to select a specific time that is in 15 minute increments? It looks like it’s going to be a very full cruise and it would be nice to have some quieter spaces. Just not sure if it’s worth the money. Would appreciate feedback from anyone who has used this option. TIA!

  7. they will put your purchases in a blow up plastic bag that protects it from breakage. They are also reusable and have taken my wine in them on later cruises. They are free if you buy several bottles or charged for 1 or 2.

Who does this? Where did you buy it that they gave you a blow up plastic bag?

  8. Everything about this sounds great!

Just wondering since it is "off the beaten path" - about the actual drive around parts - is it off road or bumpy? I have a bad time with being carsick if the driving is rough.

Also - any idea if Woody does 1/2 day tours? We are already booked for some morning whale watching, but would like to spend the afternoon seeing more of the island itself or snorkeling/swimming. No interest whatsoever in hanging out at local bars. I prefer to be more active - I can drink when I get back to the ship!

  9. Pina coladas, margaritas w extra shot cuevo gold and also mudslides

I can't wait to order these drinks

Last year I ordered a bar setup and had a bottle of Barcardi rum waiting in my room, I had a bullit blender and some pina colada mix

What a great way to start the cruise!

You brought the blender with you? Or was it part of the "bar set-up"? I never heard of a bar set-up. Is that only available on certain cruiselines?
