Great updates! I booked a Lagoon studio villa for this Spring. NCL is listing it for 8 guests with the option to add 2 more guests for $49 per person. 

The cabana looks really nice too!

It's disappointing to hear the Lagoon Villa is the same size as the Ocean Villa. The stock photo made me think it was larger. Is the Ocean or Lagoon better for swimming and snorkeling?

I was looking to book a shore excursion for our cruise in April. We will have a group of 8. Does anyone know the difference in the Ocean Villa, Lagoon Villa and the One bedroom Villas? I called Norwegian and they don't have square footage information and the pictures they show on their website do not seem accurate. I can find a couple videos of the Ocean Villa and the One bedroom Villa, but I have not been able to find videos or pictures of the Lagoon Villa. Thanks for any help!

Thanks for the info! I just assumed all the major cruise lines had several photographers on each ship. We may need to pack our own camera. My wife is going to want family and group photos every day.

Right now they're offering 30 pictures with 5 bonus pictures for $249. That seems extremely high. Does Norwegian typically offer better deals or bigger picture packages?

Yes, 10, 20 and 30. I must have fat fingered it. I was hoping Norwegian offered another option. It's going to be hard picking pictures. Our last cruise was with Royal Caribbean and we had well over 100 photos.

We're sailing with Norwegian for the first time. I've only seen 3 options for photo packages (10, 30 and 30 photos). Does Norwegian offer any type of unlimited photo package? 

Thanks for all your advice. I think we'll just pay out of pocket for drinks and try to take advantage of concierge lounge.

We're going to be in a two bedroom suite on the jewel in a couple months. I know we will have access to the concierge lounge, but not sure what else. Also wondering about internet and if I should look at buying any of the drink packages or coffee cards. We don't drink a lot of alcohol (2 - 4 drinks a day), but prefer juice and coffee in the morning and my wife enjoys a specialty coffee occasionally. Thanks for any advice.

Thanks for your responses. Is there several people taking photos? Where and how often do they take these photos? We travel to Disney World annually and there's people everywhere taking photos. After a week in Disney, we usually have hundreds of digital photos. I'm assuming by the responses I received, I should get a photo package for the room now.

We'll be taking our first cruise on a 7 night with Jewel of the seas. There is 6 of us in the room if that matters. can someone explain to me how the photos work on a cruise ship, Is this something I should purchase before getting on the ship or wait?

I'm hoping if they are different that they will be the same square footage. 592 sq. ft is huge anyway they slice it.
