  1. He said "its your tour" wherever we wanted to go. The only thing we told him was that we knew we wanted to go to The Lighthouse, and Horseshoe Bay Beach. My wife is a photographer, so we told him we wanted to go to cool spots for photos. He delivered big time. We went to the lighthouse for about 45 minutes. My teens climbed to the top, he brought us to the "tourist" area of horseshoe bay, but then we went to another more secluded part of the beach he knew of for photos. We stopped at a few other places along the way as well. We had no interest in shopping, and it was a holiday when we were there, so many of the shops were closed anyway, but I'm sure he would stop for shopping in the main city.. .

it was a great tour. He's a current school teacher, and is born and raised on the island, and his knowledge of everything is great. Highly recommended.

Where did you end up going on your tour with Anthony?
  2. We were in Bermuda on Anthem on Saturday 7.30, which was a rainy and overcast day. We did not do our planned beach day at Horseshoe Bay, but instead figured on an island tour. When we got off the ship we found the best local driver for our tour. Clean and comfortable van, took us to all the great sites and stops for photos and sightseeing. $50/hr. 3. Thank you so much for the info. We are a family of 4 so looks like we will have our own Jeep.

For us I think it was half and half. 3 hours lunch/beach, 3 hours jeep. But he was only going to give us 2 hours, at the beach and some protested for more time so we got 3. I guess the beach to jeep time is flexible depending on group.

Me and hubby were lucky to nab a jeep quickly to drive and get a couple in the back who didn't want to drive so we're in the front the whole time. If we didn't get to drive and were stuck in the back of another couples jeep we may not have been as satisfied.

I did like the sites and the tour guide. But the first stop at the flag hill was best shot of the island and the last stop at beach was a beautiful sunset. In between there wasn't much to see but hurricane damage, which plenty of people still took pictures of just to show everyone back home how damaged they still are.
