Thank you for your replies. Does anyone have or know where there is a list of what drinks are included in the All inclusive package?

Looking to book Marella Explorer Canaries Nov 19. O/H is Diabetic, can anyone advise if there are Sugar free/no added sugar options available on the menus and buffet?
Was on Rhapsody of the Seas in October and the amount on offer was excellent. No added sugar drinks and snacks in the buffet and snack bars and several options in the MDR each day.
Regarding the All inclusive drinks, is Diet coke etc and coffee included?

Thank you for your replies. it was just of a case of whether a Debit Card is accepted as we have used it always before on P and O with no issues. We are aware that they put small holds on the card which clear soon after we are back home, not an issue really.

Sailing on Rhaspody OTS on OCT 6th. Just done the Online check in and asks for a Credit Card. I do not own a credit card but have a VISA Debit card (Bank Card).
Does anyone know if this is OK? as never come across this before.

We opt for inside all the time. They suit us well and having no daylight is an advantage as we always get a good nights sleep.
IMO go inside and the money you save is your spending money!

We visited Istanbul in March 2017 not long after the bombings and attacks had taken place. We were there for 3 nights on a city break with BA from Heathrow. We experienced no trouble, the only military presence we felt was having bags searched when entering the grounds of the Topkapi palace. The locals were most friendly and very welcoming.
Would I go back again? MOST definitely, next time for a longer visit so I could see more of this fantastic city.:D

Thank you for your positive replies. We are used to the larger ships ie Azura and Ventura but have used the smaller P and O ships, however do not think it will be an issue. We are usually out and about during the day.

Considering a 7 night cruise in November 2019 on Marella Dream around the Canaries.
Looking at this option as OH is not keen on the 3 nights at sea with P and O from Southampton and it is also port intensive.
Only concern is the age of the ship, but we are open minded and would give it a go.
Is this worth trying and also what are the vegetarian options like aboard. Also does anyone know when Marella release the prices for winter 2019?

Explorer Decks 4-5 or 8/9

Is it worth paying the extra for an inside cabin on decks 8/9 compared to decks 4/5? Just thinking of noise from above.
